The film depicts animals living in New York and featuring the 200 E 59th Street resident building.
The concept behind large animals inhabiting the units, is to emphasize the size of unit balconies, they are so large that you can even fit an elephant.
The film won the Best Commissioned Animation at the CG Architects awards, the most prestigious award in the architectural visualization industry.
The film was so controversial and some thought the animals were real, we even had a professor from a Ivy League university writing to the company in regards to animals rights.
